Description: CRISPR/Cas9 knock-in of the human ACE2 transgene into the endogenous locus of the rat Ace2 gene. Single integration of hACE2, with expression driven by the endogenous rat Ace2 promoter. Provides a more natural expression pattern (versus abundant overexpression as seen in prior models).
