Gene: Tspoem1Vpl (translocator protein; ZFN induced mutant1, Vpl) Rattus norvegicus
Analyze
Symbol: Tspoem1Vpl
Name: translocator protein; ZFN induced mutant1, Vpl
RGD ID: 150429831
Description: Tspo-targeted genome editing in Sprague Dawley rats embryos by microinjecting with optimized and customized ZFNs designed for targeted gene KO. Locus-specific PCR was performed to identify Rat5 founders using the following primer pairs: CKOZFN-F: 50-AGAGCATACTCTTGCCGTCG-30 and CKOZFN-R:50-ACTCCTAAAGGGGTTGCAGG-30; Normal PCRs generated 362 bp for the WT and 273 bp for the mutant,(89 bp deletion).
ASSOCIATED WITH abnormal adrenal gland secretion; decreased circulating corticosterone level; decreased circulating testosterone level; ASSOCIATED WITH cholesterol ester storage disease
Type: allele  of Tspo
Is Marker For: Strains:   SD-Tspoem1Vpl
Latest Assembly: mRatBN7.2 - mRatBN7.2 Assembly
Position: No map positions available.
