Used to study congenital heart defects, dysmorphic facial features, and intellectual developmental disorder. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in congenital heart defects, dysmorphic facial features, and intellectual developmental disorder; hepatocellular carcinoma; intellectual disability; and prostate carcinoma. Orthologous to human CDK13 (cyclin dependent kinase 13).
