Description:	ZFN constructs were designed to target exon 2 which contains the DNA binding bHLH motif of the AHR gene. The ZFN system was injected to embryos from outbred Sprague Dawle from Harlan and one founder contained a 29-bp deletion in the rat Ahr gene.
