An extrapulmonary tuberculosis that results_in lymphocyte-predominant exudative pleural effusion, located_in pleura. This results from an allergic response to tuberculoprotein causing the permeabiltity of the pleural vasculature to alter leading to a sub-pleural caseous focus rupture into the pleural sac. (DO)
