A calculated measurement in which the number of lymphocytes expressing the RT6.1 antigen on their surface in a specified sample of blood is divided by the total number of lymphocytes in the sample, and the result presented as a ratio, fraction, quotient or percentage. RT6 is a surface marker expressed in rodents on most mature peripheral T lymphocytes but not on thymocytes or on other haematopoietic cells.
