An experimental condition in which the main influencing factor is cyclophosphamide (CP), an antineoplastic and immunosuppressive agent that must be activated in the liver to form the active aldophosphamide. As chemotherapy it is used to treat lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukemia, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, small cell lung cancer, neuroblastoma, and sarcoma.
