Condition in which a drink, that is, a liquid to be brought into the mouth and swallowed to quench thirst, for nourishment, etc., made up of water and a specified amount of ethanol, the alcohol with chemical formula CH3-CH2-OH obtained from the fermentation of sugars and starches or by chemical synthesis which is the intoxicating ingredient of alcoholic beverages, is supplied along with additive-free water, the clear, colorless, odorless, tasteless liquid each molecule of which contains one atom of oxygen and two atoms of hydrogen (H2O), as an additional drink option for consumption by an organism in an experiment.
