Definition:A procedure in which graphic records of the variations in electrical potential caused by electrical activity of the heart muscle are made utilizing a sensor located within the body with the measurement based on data transmitted by radio waves from the subject to the recording apparatus. Subsequently, these measurements are subjected to a computer analysis of variances in heart function.
