Definition:An electroanalytical technique which employs a sensor that converts the activity of a chloride ions (the chemical element with atomic number 17, that has gained one electron forming an anion with a charge of -1) in a solution into an electrical potential and measures the resulting potential using a voltmeter or potentiometer.
