Definition:A rare benign chondroid and osteoid matrix-producing neoplasm of bone characterized by extensive myxoid changes. OMX originate from bony cortices and have been observed in the nasal region, as well as the tibia and radius.
Comment:Osteochondromyxoma is a rare manifestation of Carney complex.
