Definition:Any measurement relating to a physiological parameter of bone, that is, a parameter related to the way a bone operates and/or the chemical or physical functions that exist in a bone. Bone is the hard, rigid form of connective tissue constituting most of the skeleton of vertebrates and composed chiefly of calcium salts.
