I am looking for a rat model which shows about age related changes in adult neurogenesis or maybe adult neurogenesis at either SVZ or SGZ being fluctuating the most comparing other strains? Could you suggest some strains?

I did a quick search on PubMed and came up with 110 articles related to NMDA
receptor and rat strains. The strains used vary a lot on the characteristics. A
few of the rat strains used are: RCS, W, SHR, LEW, AA and ANA. You can easily
