2012 will be the fourth year RGD has produced a Rat Calendar. This is our "thank you" to you, the rat research community, for your ongoing support and for the positive feedback we've received in response to our previous calendars. However, we can't do this without your help! Once again, we are soliciting your charming photos of rats as well as digital images of other types of rat-centric artwork such as drawings, paintings and cartoons of rats which you have drawn/painted. You're a writer, not a painter? How about submitting poems, sayings or other text which you have written that you would like to see included in the calendar?
And as you probably know from previous calendars, we are all about the strain data and giving credit where credit is due, so when sending photos of your favorite strains, don't forget to include information such as strain symbol and name, developer of the strain and any applicable citations or references. Please send high quality digital images and other submissions to Jennifer Smith at jrsmith@mcw.edu by October 28th. |
