11/28 - New GViewer and Ontology Search

A new Flash version of the GViewer has been launched which combines the power of the ontology search with the visual display of the GViewer.  Users can search across ontologies and create Boolean queries to retrieve annotations and a genome-wide view of the results.  A download function allows users to save data.  The  new ontology search can be found here.
